Background:
From hauling hay & building fence to spending his Sunday at church and fishing in the after noon with his family, these were almost constants in this lad's early everyday life. Therefore, Caleb Brown, a native to rural Lincoln County and a current resident of southern Pike County, knows the meaning of hard work, the principle of sowing and reaping, and the importance of making sound investments with your time and money. Growing up in a rural area, he often attended many local auctions and knew the solid reputation of the Thornhill company. Therefore, he acquired his auctioneer's license in 1998 and gladly joined the Thornhill Real Estate & Auction Co. to work in the auction business. Because of his genuine love for the land and for helping others, he acquired his Real Estate Salesperson license in 1999 and soon after, his Broker's license. In 2001, he served as a Director on the East Central Board of REALTORS and was voted the "2001 REALTOR of the Year" in East Central Missouri for demonstrating professionalism to his clients and peers and for serving his community. In 2002 he was elected as President of the East Central Board of REALTORS and continues to serve on the Board today.
Caleb is also an active member of the REALTORS Land Institute, continuing to acquire many hours of specialty training in the arena of Agriculture Land Brokerage & Marketing, Tax Deferred 1031 Exchanges, Land Acquisition & Development, and Land Investment Analysis. Caleb has been exceedingly blessed with his lovely wife, Amy and their two children, Enoch and Faith - the reason why he works! He truly enjoys serving his clientele and looks forward to serving you in the future as a trustworthy friend. |
