Farm to be sold as follows:

TRACT #1 – 75 acres m/l with approx. 1,800 sq. ft. home being kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath & storage area. Home has wood and gas heat and is on a deep well. This tract has the 3 outbuildings, deep well, lake and a pond. This tract is approx. half open and half wooded and has some fencing. Deep well will stay with Tract #1.

TRACT #2 - 20 acres m/l with a 2004 76’ x 32’ modular home on a full walkout basement. Home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, formal dining room, large kitchen, living room and main floor laundry. Home is of an open floor plan design, total electric and fireplace in the living room. This is a beautiful home and set up right.
