Auctioneer's Note:The Patterson’s were truly living the American Dream. Virginia was the Founder of the very successful Prudential Patterson Co. Jack had a successful Steel Manufacturing business his dream was to have a farm for his family to enjoy and raise cattle and horses. They were living that dream and truly enjoyed each other and had that special bond. Due to Jack’s untimely death, Virginia has decided she can no longer stay on the farm.
