Auctioneer's Note: I’ve known Bruce most of my auction career, Bruce and his dad followed our auctions since we were both young men. I’ve had 2-sales for his parents and one for Martha’s mother's estate. I consider them friends, Bruce is a Barber by trade & Martha travels with her job at the bank. They have talked about moving to the country for a long time. It was a hard decision as they loved their home in town but decided it’s now or never. If you’re in the market for a nice home, here’s one you won’t be disappointed with, it is nice. Everything is very neat & clean. See you at the sale, David, Charlie & Dusty.
