Auction Note: The Nadler Family moved on this farm in 1912. Ottmer lived here all his life and farmed, Alberta lacked one month and a few days of being 100 when she passed away. They never had children. There has never been a sale on this farm. Alberta’s family were the Oberdicks, again a local family. A lot of the antiques were pasted down. Mark your calendars and bring your cameras there are not many of the original old family homesteads left. And if you’ve known how the German ancestors were, everything is very neat & clean.
