Auction Note:MARK YOUR CALENDARS! The Flint Hill Mercantile opened in 1915. Steven Boehmer helped build the store. The Original owners failed, it was then bought out by Ervin Boehmer in 1932 and has been in their family ever since. Most of the heirlooms from the store have been stored on the second floor of the store. There will be a lot of Flint Hill as well as St.Charles memorabilia to sell. Please note this is a partial list as there are boxes and boxes that we couldn’t get to at the time we listed the sale. This may be one of the most interesting sales of the year.
